Common questions

How do I activate my license key?

Open the extension → License tab → paste your key → click Activate. The activation is instant.

I paid but didn't receive my license key.

First check your spam folder. If it's not there, email us at support@wass.appza.app with your payment receipt and we'll resend the key within a few hours.

Can I switch from Monthly to Yearly (or vice versa)?

Yes. Cancel your current plan from the Stripe customer portal (link is in the email we sent you), then purchase the new plan. Your license continues until the end of the paid period.

I have a problem with the extension not working.

Try these steps first:
1. Refresh the WhatsApp Web tab
2. Restart the extension (chrome://extensions → toggle off/on)
3. Sign out and sign back into WhatsApp Web
If the problem persists, email us with a screenshot and your Chrome version.
