Is WA Auto Sender Studio free?

Yes. The Free plan sends up to 20 text messages per day on 1 device. Pro ($4.99/month) and Business ($11.99/month) remove the daily cap and unlock CSV import, custom parameter messages, contact groups, message templates and image messages.

Do I need the WhatsApp Business API to send in bulk?

No. WA Auto Sender Studio runs inside the WhatsApp Web tab you are already signed in to, so there is no Meta business verification, no phone number migration and no per-conversation billing.

Can I import my contacts from Excel or a CSV file?

Yes, on the Pro and Business plans. Put one phone number per row including the country code, save the sheet as CSV UTF-8, and import it in the extension. Any other column you add — name, company, appointment date — becomes a variable, so {name} in your message is replaced with that recipient's own value: a custom parameter message. You can group the imported contacts and reuse the same list without uploading it again.

Where is my data stored?

Your phone numbers, message text and media files stay in your browser and are never sent to us. The only data that leaves your device is your licence key and an anonymous install ID for activation, plus a daily count of messages sent to enforce your plan quota.

Will my WhatsApp account get banned for using this?

No tool can guarantee that, because enforcement is a WhatsApp decision and Meta does not publish a fixed bulk limit for web.whatsapp.com. No. WA Auto Sender Studio is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by WhatsApp LLC or Meta. You are responsible for complying with WhatsApp's Terms of Service.

What are custom parameter messages?

Import a parameter table (CSV) whose first row holds your column names, with one column carrying the phone number. Every other column becomes a variable — write {name} or {date} in the message and each recipient receives their own value at send time. Tables can be saved and reused for later campaigns, and you pick the recipients straight from the table. Included with Pro and Business.
